- Handle day-to-day customs clearance activities for import and export shipments.

- Prepare, verify and submit customs documentation.

- Coordinate with Customs officials, CHA team, shipping lines, freight forwarders and clients.

- Handle Bill of Entry (BE), Shipping Bill (SB) and related customs documents.

- Track shipment clearance status and ensure timely completion of customs formalities.

- Attend customs queries, examination and other clearance-related requirements.

- Coordinate for duty payment, assessment, examination and out-of-charge (OOC) formalities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable customs procedures and regulations.

- Maintain proper records of customs documents and shipment details.

- Resolve operational issues and provide regular shipment status updates to clients and internal teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
