Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive organizational transformation and improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Design and deliver training programs for employees on new processes, procedures, and technologies related to the change management program.

- Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of the change management program.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in Change Management or a related field such as Organizational Development or Human Resources.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various levels within an organization.

- Robust understanding of organizational development principles, including succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.
