Job Summary

We are looking for a CHA Operations Executive with hands-on experience in Customs Clearance and CHA Operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating customs activities, documentation, cargo movement, container operations, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day CHA Operations and Customs Clearance activities.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely cargo movement and delivery.
- Coordinate with Shipping Lines / Liners for EIR processing and related activities.
- Prepare and process SCM Pro, ODeX and C-DEX/CODEX documentation.
- Coordinate and assist with Customs cargo examination and related clearance procedures.
- Coordinate container gate-in/gate-out and ensure timely movement of containers.
- Follow up with Customs, CFS, transporters,



shipping lines and other stakeholders for smooth cargo clearance.
- Maintain proper documentation and provide regular operational updates.

Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CHA Operations / Customs Clearance / Freight Forwarding.
- Good knowledge of Customs procedures, CFS operations and container movement.
- Experience in ODeX and shipping-line coordination will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced logistics environment.
