ABOUT THE ROLE

Ambica Dhatu Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced CFO / Senior Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function and oversee financial planning, statutory compliance, internal controls, reporting, and overall financial governance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead Finance & Accounts operations and financial planning
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Manage GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS, ROC and other statutory compliances
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and banking operations
- Drive MIS reporting, profitability analysis and cost optimisation
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management
- Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities




- Provide financial insights and reports to support business decision-making

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial organisations will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, financial reporting, MIS, budgeting and working capital management
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics
