Role Description The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at BETA provides direct, hands-on care and support to patients in an on-site healthcare setting located in Tiruvallur. In this full-time role, the CNA assists with activities of daily living. The individual monitors and records vital signs, reports changes in patient condition to nursing staff, and helps with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent injury and promote safety.

The role includes preparing patient rooms, maintaining cleanliness of care areas, and following proper infection control and safety protocols. The CNA collaborates with nurses and other healthcare professionals,



supports patient education and emotional well-being, and adheres to all clinical guidelines and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and registration as required by local regulations.
- Demonstrated skills in patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, hygiene, and comfort measures.
- Ability to accurately measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and other basic clinical observations.
- Knowledge of infection control practices, safety procedures, and proper handling of medical equipment.

- Capacity to work on-site in Tiruvallur, including standing, lifting, and moving patients safely as part of daily duties.
