We are building a structured childcare training and placement programme to create professionally trained Early Years Childcare Professionals for modern families.

The Opportunity

As an Early Years Childcare Professional, you will provide professional in-home care for children aged 0 to 5 years, supporting their daily routines, development, safety, well-being and early learning.

Selected candidates will receive specialised training from BorderPlus before being deployed with verified families.

This opportunity is open exclusively to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Care for newborns, infants and young children aged 0-5 years
- Manage daily childcare routines including feeding, bathing, dressing, hygiene and personal care
- Support sleep routines and age-appropriate activities
- Engage children in play, learning and developmental activities
- Maintain a safe, clean and nurturing environment
- Observe and support the child's physical, emotional and developmental needs




- Maintain skilled communication with parents/family members
- Follow family-specific childcare routines and instructions
- Maintain high standards of child safety, hygiene and professionalism

Salary & Employment Starting Salary: 40,000 - 80,000/month

Annual CTC: 4.8 - 9.6 LPA, depending on qualification and experience.

- Permanent employment with BorderPlus after successful completion of training
- 25,000 - 35,000/month guaranteed base retainer between active family placements
- 2 days off per month
- Travel opportunities may be available depending on the assignment
- BorderPlus manages family placement and deployment

Training Programme Selected candidates will undergo 1-3 months of specialised training in Pune, based on their qualifications and prior experience.

Training includes

- Early years childcare and child development
- Newborn and infant care
- Daily routine and activity management
- Child psychology and age-appropriate engagement
- Health, hygiene and safety
- Professional conduct and family communication
- Workplace readiness

International Career Pathway After gaining professional experience in India, high-performing childcare specialists may become eligible for international childcare opportunities, including opportunities in Dubai, with potential earnings of 80,000- 1,50,000/month, depending on the assignment and experience.

Eligibility

Education:

10th pass / 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate from any field

Other requirements:

- Conversational English and good communication skills
- Warm, patient, and responsible approach towards children
- Genuine interest in childcare
- Willingness to undergo 1-3 months of training in Pune
- Willingness to work in a full-time live-in role
- Willingness to relocate across India based on family assignment

This Role May Not Be Suitable If
- You are looking only for a non-residential/day-shift role
- You are not comfortable relocating for family assignments
- You prefer roles without direct interaction with children and families
