CEO – Financial Services, Strategic Investments & Business Development

ProGrow International

ProGrow International is seeking an accomplished senior executive to lead the Group's financial services, strategic investments and business development activities across India and international markets.

Working closely with the Board and promoters, the CEO will be responsible for converting ProGrow's relationships, strategic opportunities and international project pipeline into institutionally structured, financeable and scalable businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Services & Capital

Lead the development and execution of the Group's financial services strategy.

Develop relationships with banks, DFIs, sovereign institutions, funds, family offices and institutional investors.

Structure domestic and cross-border financing solutions across debt, equity, structured finance and project finance.

Support the development of banking and financial-services platforms across international jurisdictions.

Strategic Investments

Identify, evaluate and execute strategic investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships.

Establish robust investment evaluation, due diligence and capital-allocation processes.

Oversee financial modelling, valuation, transaction structuring and investment documentation.

Build investment frameworks across infrastructure, mining and critical minerals, technology, biotechnology and other strategic sectors.

Business Development

Originate large-scale business and investment opportunities in India and international markets.

Develop strategic relationships with governments, sovereign entities, corporations,



investors and financial institutions.

Build partnerships and consortiums for major projects.

Convert strategic relationships and opportunities into commercially executable transactions.

Develop current markets and identify opportunities for geographic and sector expansion.

Leadership & Governance

Build and lead high-quality finance, investment, business-development and execution teams.

Establish strong governance, risk-management and reporting frameworks.

Present major investments, transactions and strategic initiatives to the Board.

Represent ProGrow with senior government, regulatory, banking, corporate and institutional stakeholders internationally.

Candidate Profile

15+ years of senior leadership experience across banking, financial services, investment banking, private equity, infrastructure/project finance, investment management or related sectors.

Demonstrated track record of originating and executing significant transactions.

Strong understanding of capital structures, credit, investment evaluation and cross-border finance.

Proven ability to develop senior relationships with institutional investors, banks, governments and corporate leaders.

Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated business-development capabilities.

International and emerging-market experience strongly preferred.

Previous CEO, CXO, Managing Director, Partner or comparable senior leadership experience preferred.
