We are looking for an experienced Clinic Sales Manager with strong experience in patient counselling, sales conversion, customer relationship management, and clinic revenue generation.
The candidate will be responsible for handling patients, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate information about available services, managing follow-ups, and achieving clinic sales targets while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patients and provide a welcoming and qualified clinic experience.
- Understand patient requirements and provide information about relevant healthcare services.
- Counsel patients regarding available treatments and services as per company guidelines.
- Convert consultations and enquiries into treatment/service plans through effective counselling.
- Follow up with prospective patients through calls and other appropriate communication channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective patients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets for the clinic.
- Track leads, consultations, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue.
- Identify reasons for non-conversion and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Maintain accurate patient and sales-related records.
- Handle patient queries and concerns professionally and escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate team.
