At Lighthouse Communities Foundation, we're looking for a passionate, driven Centre Head to lead the implementation and day-to-day operations of one of our Lighthouse Centres in Pune.

About the Role

As Centre Head, you'll take full ownership of your centre's performance — leading a team of 4–7 members, driving program delivery and learner outcomes, managing placements and operations, and building strong local partnerships.

What You'll Do

- Program Delivery: Own end-to-end execution of the Lighthouse Program at your centre; monitor implementation against targets; track learner participation, completion, and placement outcomes; drive continuous improvement in program quality
- Placements & Career Support:



Facilitate employment opportunities and interview readiness for learners; build and strengthen relationships with local employers; work with the Placement Manager to improve outcomes and address barriers to placement
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–7 — through regular reviews, coaching, and priority-setting — building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth
- Centre Operations: Oversee daily operations, infrastructure, and administration to keep the centre safe, welcoming, and learner-ready
- Data & Reporting: Ensure accurate, up-to-date student and program records; monitor performance metrics and use data to guide decisions; submit timely reports via Lighthouse's MIS platforms
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, government departments, NGOs, corporates, and employers; represent Lighthouse at local and community events

What We're Looking For

- Master's degree preferred (MSW a plus); postgraduate degree in any discipline also considered
- 4–8 years of experience in program implementation, skilling, livelihoods, education, or youth/community development — including experience leading teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing training centres or community-based programs preferred




- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and build a collaborative team culture
- Strong stakeholder management skills; confidence engaging with government officials, corporates, employers, and community leaders
- Excellent planning, execution, and problem-solving ability; comfortable operating independently in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing tools, and MIS/reporting platforms
