FlexifyMe is a growing physiotherapy and pain-management company focused on helping patients recover from chronic pain, injuries, and movement-related conditions through evidence-based physiotherapy and advanced rehabilitation techniques.

We are looking for a Centre Head who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning, clinical environment, patient experience, team performance, and growth of a FlexifyMe centre.

Role Overview The Centre Head will be responsible for managing the centre as a whole, ensuring high-quality patient care while driving operational efficiency, team productivity, patient retention, and centre growth.

The ideal candidate should be a strong people leader with excellent communication and organisational skills, a patient-first mindset, and the ability to balance clinical quality, operations, and business performance .

Key Responsibilities1. Centre Operations

- Take ownership of the overall day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Ensure smooth functioning of appointments, consultations, treatment sessions, follow-ups, and patient flow.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and centre presentation.
- Ensure all operational processes and SOPs are followed consistently.
- Coordinate with management and support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor centre infrastructure, equipment, supplies, and maintenance requirements.

1. Team Management & Leadership

- Lead, manage, and motivate physiotherapists and centre staff.
- Plan staff schedules, therapist allocation, leaves, and daily responsibilities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and development of team members.
- Monitor individual and team productivity.
- Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative centre culture.
- Identify performance gaps and work with team members to improve them.

1. Clinical Quality & Patient Care

- Ensure patients receive high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based physiotherapy care.
- Monitor adherence to clinical protocols and treatment standards.
- Work closely with physiotherapists to improve assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and patient outcomes.
- Review patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve the patient experience.
- Escalate and appropriately manage complex patient concerns.




- Ensure patient records, treatment plans, progress reports, and other documentation are maintained accurately.

1. Patient Experience & Retention

- Ensure every patient receives a qualified, welcoming, and personalised experience.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback.
- Track treatment adherence, follow-ups, and missed appointments.
- Work with the clinical team to improve treatment-plan adherence and patient engagement.
- Build strong relationships with patients and address concerns promptly.
- Support long-term patient retention through quality care and effective communication.

1. Centre Growth & Business Performance

- Take ownership of centre-level performance and growth targets.
- Monitor key metrics such as:
- New patient enquiries
- Assessments/consultations
- Conversion to treatment plans
- Treatment-plan adherence
- Patient retention
- Follow-up rates
- Therapist utilisation
- Revenue and collections
- Patient satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to increase centre utilisation and patient footfall.
- Work with the central marketing/business team on local growth initiatives.
- Develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, corporates, gyms, sports organisations, and other relevant referral partners where appropriate.
- Monitor centre performance against agreed targets and prepare regular reports for management.

1. Sales & Consultation Support

- Ensure prospective patients receive accurate information about FlexifyMe's services and treatment approach.
- Support the team in converting appropriate consultations into structured treatment plans without compromising clinical ethics.
- Help therapists communicate treatment plans, expected timelines, follow-ups, and patient responsibilities effectively.
- Track and address reasons for treatment drop-offs.

1. Reporting & Performance Management

- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly centre reports.
- Analyse centre performance and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct regular reviews of operational and business KPIs.
- Share insights and action plans with the management team.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative and compliance-related activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The Centre Head will be evaluated on a combination of patient care,



people, operations, and business performance , including:

- Centre revenue and achievement of agreed targets
- New patient acquisition
- Consultation-to-treatment conversion
- Patient retention and treatment-plan adherence
- Patient satisfaction and feedback
- Therapist utilisation and productivity
- Team attendance and performance
- Operational efficiency
- Clinical documentation and protocol adherence
- Centre hygiene, safety, and compliance
- Staff engagement and retention

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of professional experience , preferably including experience in a physiotherapy clinic, rehabilitation centre, hospital, healthcare organisation, or similar setting.
- Prior experience managing a team or healthcare centre is preferred.
- Strong understanding of physiotherapy/rehabilitation services is an advantage.
- Experience with MSK, orthopaedic, sports, or chronic pain rehabilitation is desirable.
