We are Hiring Centre Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to lead our clinic operations and drive excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in centre / branch operations, preferably in healthcare or fertility services
- Solid leadership, people management and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Knowledge of IVF / fertility services is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and quality care
- Lead, motivate and manage the centre team to achieve targets
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction
- Monitor performance, generate reports and ensure targets are met
- Manage centre budgets, expenses and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical and safety standards
