Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the academic, administrative and operational functions of the centre.
- Lead and mentor teachers and support staff.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing and engaging learning workplace.
- Manage admissions, parent engagement and student retention.
- Monitor student development and centre performance.
- Address parent concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards and procedures.
- Drive centre growth and enrolment targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates from an academic/education background with relevant experience in Early Childhood Education/Preschool.
- Prior experience of leading and managing an educational centre.
- Strong leadership, team management, parent engagement and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage academic and centre operations effectively.
- Masters degree required; B.Ed. preferred.
