Role Overview The Center Head will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, admissions performance, and academic delivery quality of the campus, ensuring student satisfaction and placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily center operations, staff coordination, and facility management
- Drive admissions targets by supporting the sales/counseling team and walk-in conversions
- Monitor batch schedules, trainer performance, and course delivery quality
- Handle student grievances and ensure a high-quality learning experience
- Coordinate with the placement team to track and improve student employment outcomes
- Maintain records of attendance, fee collection, and student progress
- Liaise with corporate/marketing teams for local promotional activities and tie-ups
- Report center performance (admissions, revenue, placements) to management periodically
- Ensure compliance with certification body standards (e.g., NEBOSH, AAPC) at the center

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education/training industry (center management,



academic coordination, or admissions role)
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference for education, business administration, or related field)
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Proven ability to manage a team and meet admission/revenue targets
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting
- Customer-service orientation and problem-solving mindset

Preferred

- Prior experience in a vocational/professional training institute (healthcare, engineering, safety courses)
- Familiarity with the Gulf/India job market for graduates
