KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /PROCESSES
Coordination with cross functions (Logistics, sales, support, etc) on key projects (high importance and/or Multi product specification projects) as directed by Regional head to help win the projects by timely mock-up & also smooth execution.
Ensuring Installation of products is strictly as per Knauf guidelines.
Check, guide and report about site condition to Regional Head.
Ensure proper storage of material at site as per Knauf Norms.
Training to the Installers on Knauf Norms
Ensure usage of correct tools at sites.
Effective Complaint handlings and customer Service.
Support to Product Managers by handling queries regarding right products and installation details.
Guidance and training to Sales Support team for correct ordering of the material and accessories.
Regular feedback from Project Managers on quality of installations, products, and accessories.
Continuous improvement in installation process and promotion of right Knauf accessories.
Safety measures undertaken by Channel Partner responsible for Installation
L3 products – Interact with product managers and set off installation process and be the nodal point of contact for ceiling installers.
Mock up – arranging and supervision

Reporting to : Regional Manager
MEASURES OF EFFECTIVENESS
Installation to be as per Knauf guidelines ONLY
Acceptable quality & on time mock up at key projects.
Ensure entire system is of Knauf make or is Knauf approved
Recommend use of proper items & accessories as per site requirement
Certification of satisfactory installation as per Knauf Guidelines for major sites. (≥ 10 K M2)
Nil complaints on Installation & coordination from the sites.
Complete Training programs as per schedule.
Timely reports to Regional heads & Product Team.
Regular reports on feedback from Architects and Product Managers.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
3 + years’ experience of site handling of Complex commercial constructions with a contracting company or Project Management Consultancy
Exposure to Project Management and building services including electrical / mechanical / plumbing service.
Ability to communicate with Installation team
Work force Management
Good communication skills
- QUALIFICATION &
EXPERIENCE
Diploma / Degree Engineer in Civil / Mechanical / Architecture
Should be good in AutoCAD
Ability to read Engineering / architectural drawings.
Very positive in technical matters and systematic in planning
