About the Role

SAMCO (Swarnabhumi Agriculture & Marketing Cooperative Society) is executing certified wheat seed supply, pulse seed production, and pulse minikit distribution programmes across 55 districts of Madhya Pradesh, in partnership with the Directorate of Agriculture and District DDAs.

We're hiring a Centralized Head to own the operational and documentation backbone of these programmes — the person who turns field activity and government correspondence into a clean, trackable system.

What You'll Do

- Draft and send professional correspondence to government officers (DDAs, Directorate)
- Consolidate and track purchase orders/work orders coming in from 5 cluster teams across MP
- Coordinate closely with our field leadership team (Cluster Leads) to resolve district-level bottlenecks
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking systems (Sheets/Airtable) for orders, follow-ups, and reporting
- Prepare weekly consolidated reports for management
- Escalate issues appropriately — knowing what needs senior attention vs.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years' experience in agri-input sales, seed industry, government liaison, or a similar coordination-heavy role
- Prior exposure to government tenders, work orders, or DDA/Directorate-level processes strongly preferred
- Excellent written communication in English/Hindi — you'll be the voice of our official correspondence
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel; willingness to learn lightweight tools (Airtable, Forms)
- Organized, low-drama, and able to manage multiple threads without dropping any
- Based in or willing to relocate to Noida, with periodic travel across MP

Nice to Have

- Prior experience with the Madhya Pradesh Directorate of Agriculture or district-level agriculture offices
- Background managing a small remote team
