looking for a dedicated faculty member to teach and mentor students preparing for NDA, CDS and other defence entrance examinations.

- Science for NDA The faculty member will be responsible for classroom teaching, academic planning, doubt resolution, test preparation and continuous mentoring of students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach relevant subjects for NDA and CDS examinations.
- Plan and deliver structured classroom sessions as per the examination syllabus.
- Explain concepts in a simple, exam-oriented manner.
- Prepare or contribute to study material, practice questions and class assignments.
- Conduct and review tests, quizzes and doubt-solving sessions.
- Track student performance and provide individual academic guidance.
- Keep students updated with important examination patterns, trends and current affairs where relevant.
- Coordinate with the academic team for lesson planning and course delivery.
- Contribute to academic content for online classes,
YouTube and other digital platforms when required.
Preferred Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognised university.
- Strong command over the relevant subject(s).
- Prior teaching experience for NDA/CDS/defence examinations will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in UPSC, SSC, banking or other competitive-exam coaching may also be considered if they have robust subject knowledge.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage young aspirants and simplify difficult concepts.
- Familiarity with NDA/CDS exam pattern, PYQs and test strategy.
- Defence background/SSB experience can be an added advantage, particularly for candidates teaching defence-oriented modules.
