We are looking for a serious, disciplined and talented Continental CDP who wants to grow with us for the long term.

Our Continental kitchen includes wood-fired pizzas, pastas, risottos, mac & cheese, burgers, sandwiches, salads, grills, sizzlers, sauces and premium café-style dishes.

What We Need

- Strong knowledge of Continental cooking
- Good understanding of sauces, pasta, grills and pizza
- Excellent mise en place and section management
- Clean and organised working style
- Proper portion control and minimum wastage
- Ability to handle busy service calmly
- Consistent taste and plating every single time
- Good hygiene and food-storage knowledge

Most Important We need someone who is disciplined, punctual and serious about his career.

You should have experience, but you must also be ready to learn and work according to our recipes, SOPs, plating and kitchen system.

We respect a chef's experience and ideas, but consistency comes first.



Every dish must leave the kitchen the same way every time.
