Chef de Partie (CDP) – Continental Section to join our energetic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing and presenting a wide range of Continental dishes, with a strong understanding of European cooking techniques and attention to detail. As a CDP, you will be responsible for managing your section independently, handling mise en place, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting junior staff.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to execute menu items and contribute to new culinary ideas. If you thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and are eager to grow with a creative food-focused team, we’d love to hear from you.
