We are looking for an experienced and responsible CCTV, Biometric & Network Technician to join our technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras.
- Install and configure DVR, NVR, IP cameras, and related surveillance equipment.
- Configure CCTV remote viewing on mobile phones and computers.
- Diagnose and rectify CCTV camera, power supply, cabling, storage, and connectivity issues.
- Install and service biometric attendance and access-control devices.
- Configure biometric devices, software, users, and attendance data.
- Carry out LAN networking, cable laying, crimping, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Install network racks, switches, routers, and related accessories.
- Conduct customer-site inspections and identify technical requirements.
- Explain completed work and basic system operation clearly to customers.
- Maintain service reports and provide daily job-status updates.
- Handle company tools, equipment, and customer property responsibly.
- Provide timely and professional on-site customer support.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Practical knowledge of CCTV installation and servicing.




- Knowledge of DVR, NVR, analog cameras, and IP cameras.
- Experience in CCTV mobile-view configuration.
- Knowledge of biometric installation and servicing.
- Basic knowledge of attendance software and access-control systems.
- Experience in networking, LAN cable laying, RJ45 crimping, and testing.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical problems independently.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations in and around Coimbatore.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Good communication, discipline, punctuality, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, eSSL, and ZKTeco.
- Basic knowledge of routers, network switches, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration.
- Experience in troubleshooting CCTV remote-view and network connectivity issues.
- Basic computer hardware and software knowledge will be an added advantage.

Education ITI, Diploma, or any relevant technical qualification is preferred. Candidates with strong practical experience may also apply.
