Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems at various customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems.
- Perform cable laying, termination, and testing.
- Configure IP cameras, network connections, and remote viewing.
- Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, recording systems, and connectivity issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems.
- Visit customer sites for installation, repair, and service work.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Prepare service reports and update customers regarding work status.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the technical team and report to the service manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- 12th pass/ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and networking.
- Knowledge of IP cameras, LAN connections, and remote monitoring.
- Ability to use basic electrical and networking tools.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance preferred.
- Experienced candidates with knowledge of advanced surveillance systems will be given preference.
