Position: CCTV Operator

Location: Dwarka Sector 17, New Delhi.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a CCTV & IT Support Executive responsible for managing CCTV surveillance systems, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations across locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain CCTV surveillance systems across all locations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment.
- Ensure CCTV uptime and resolve connectivity or recording issues.
- Perform regular checks of CCTV footage and system performance.
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop, printer, internet, and basic networking issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and coordinate system.
- Coordinate with vendors for CCTV and IT equipment repairs and services.




- Maintain reports related to CCTV monitoring and IT support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CCTV support and IT support roles.
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV systems (DVR/NVR, IP cameras, remote access).
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
- Good troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of Windows OS and basic IT tools.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should have practical experience in CCTV surveillance systems along with basic IT knowledge.
- Should be comfortable with troubleshooting, system monitoring, and supporting multiple locations.
