Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and attentive CCTV Surveillance Executive to monitor CCTV cameras across the academy premises, identify unusual activities, security concerns, or operational issues, and promptly report them to the concerned manager or management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras continuously and maintain close observation of academy premises.
- Identify suspicious activities, security incidents, unauthorized access, or unusual behaviour.
- Immediately report important incidents to the concerned manager/security supervisor.
- Check whether CCTV cameras are functioning properly and report technical defects or camera downtime.
- Monitor entry and exit points, classrooms, corridors, common areas, and other designated locations.
- Review CCTV footage when authorised for investigating incidents or complaints.
- Maintain a daily CCTV monitoring and incident report.
- Record important incidents, timings, locations, and actions taken.
- Coordinate with security staff, administration, and management when required.
- Escalate emergencies or serious incidents immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and information.
- Follow academy security policies and surveillance procedures.
- Ensure proper handover of important observations between shifts.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Intermediate / 10+2 qualification; graduation is preferred.
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security surveillance, office administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with good observation skills and basic computer knowledge may also be considered.

Working Requirements
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Ability to monitor multiple CCTV screens simultaneously.
- Should be punctual and attentive throughout the assigned shift.

Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Ensure continuous and attentive CCTV monitoring.
- Report incidents promptly and accurately.
- Maintain proper surveillance records.
- Identify CCTV equipment issues without delay.
- Coordinate effectively with management and security personnel.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding surveillance footage and incidents.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Ashok Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
