About the Role

WCS is seeking a reliable and professional CCTV Monitoring & Dispatch Specialist to join our Security Operations Centre.

This role is responsible for monitoring live CCTV systems, identifying and assessing incidents, coordinating responses, and maintaining clear communication with clients, security personnel, and emergency services. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates effectively, exercises sound judgment, and takes a proactive approach to solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV feeds across multiple client locations.

Identify, document, and escalate security, safety, and operational incidents.

Dispatch mobile patrol officers and coordinate response activities.

Communicate clearly and professionally during routine and emergency situations.

Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and dispatch records.

Follow established SOPs, post orders, and escalation procedures.

Monitor multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Make timely decisions based on available information and operational priorities.

Required Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in high-pressure situations.

Strong sense of accountability, reliability,



and personal discipline.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Comfortable working extended shifts, including overnight and weekend schedules.

Robust computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in CCTV monitoring, dispatch, security operations, customer service, call centers, or emergency communications.

Education or experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Electronics, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience with CCTV systems, video management software, access control systems, alarm monitoring platforms.
