Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced CCTV Monitoring & Business Development Officer to work from our CCTV Command Centre / War Room.

The candidate will be responsible for CCTV monitoring, customer/guest communication, telecalling, sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong focus on the hospitality and service sectors.

The candidate should be able to use CCTV monitoring operations as an opportunity to identify customer/guest requirements, communicate professionally with customers and hospitality-sector staff, generate business leads, and build goodwill and long-term customer relationships for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate from the CCTV Command Centre / War Room and actively monitor customer locations.
- Communicate with customers/guests through CCTV monitoring, while strictly respecting customer privacy and confidentiality, and provide professional service support.
- Identify sales and business-development opportunities through CCTV monitoring interactions.
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers/guests to generate leads and promote company services.
- Handle telecalling, customer follow-ups, sales, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships and strengthen company goodwill.
- Identify business opportunities within hotels, resorts, restaurants, and other hospitality/service establishments.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, hospitality-sector staff and heads,



and monitoring teams regarding customer requirements and business conversions.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, leads, follow-ups, customer requirements, and business opportunities.
- Conduct hospitality-site visits whenever required as part of business development, customer service, and corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring, telecalling, sales & marketing, hospitality, or service-related roles.
- Practical experience in CCTV monitoring is essential.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
- Positive telecalling, sales, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Hospitality/service-industry experience will be an advantage.
- Should be locally based in Thrissur, as the position requires shift-based duty between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Should be confident, customer-focused, commercially oriented, and capable of generating business opportunities through day-to-day CCTV monitoring activities.
- Should maintain strict confidentiality, privacy, and professional conduct while handling CCTV monitoring and customer information.

Core Requirement - CCTV Monitoring + Customer Communication + Telecalling + Sales & Marketing + Hospitality/Service Experience = Business Generation + Customer/guest relation. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
