We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Camera Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. The candidate should have basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, networking, and electrical wiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.
- Perform CCTV camera wiring, installation, and testing.
- Configure IP cameras and basic network settings.
- Troubleshoot camera, DVR/NVR, power supply, and connectivity issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of CCTV systems.
- Configure remote/mobile viewing of CCTV cameras.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at customer locations.
- Maintain proper records of installation and service work.
- Coordinate with customers and explain basic CCTV system operations.
- Follow company safety and installation standards.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and surveillance systems.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN cables and IP addresses.
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use basic tools and testing equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- ITI / Diploma / technical certification will be an advantage.
Experience
- Fresher: Candidates with basic CCTV/technical knowledge can apply.
- Experienced: 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and service preferred.
