Role & responsibilities

Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related equipment

Install and maintain burglar alarm systems, sensors, and control panels

Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in surveillance and alarm systems

Ensure proper cable routing, termination, and network connectivity

Configure remote monitoring systems (mobile/desktop access)

Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and asset records

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with safety and security standards

Provide on-site and remote technical support when required

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or related field

Proven experience in CCTV and alarm system installation and maintenance

Knowledge of IP cameras, analog systems, and networking basics (LAN/WAN)

Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.

Basic understanding of access control systems (optional but preferred)

Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Valuable communication and reporting skills
