- Facilitate continuous education and career development for staff.

- Ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.

- Attend oncall duties whenever required

1. Administrative Duties:

- Develop and implement policies and protocols to enhance patient care and safety.

- Monitor and manage the Cath lab budget, including supplies, equipment, and staffing costs.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

1. Patient Care Coordination:

- Oversee the pre-procedure and post-procedure care of patients.

- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to plan and execute patient care plans.

- Educate patients and their families about procedures, recovery, and follow-up care.

- Quality Assurance:





- Conduct regular audits and quality assessments to improve Cath lab services.

- Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies for quality improvement.

- Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns and complaints promptly.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Cath lab technology and procedures.
