We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead the operations and business performance of the assigned cluster. The role will be responsible for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets, P&L; management, franchisee management, customer experience, operational excellence, and team performance.

The position will manage a business volume of approximately 50 Lakhs 1 Crore per month, with 10–15 Salon Managers reporting directly and overall people responsibility of approximately 150–175 employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business & Operations

- Drive top-line and bottom-line achievement and manage cluster P&L.;
- Monitor outlet performance and drive continuous sales improvement.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and operational processes.
- Manage and support FOFO franchise partners to achieve business targets.
- Support new salon openings, including location identification, project coordination, and business ramp-up.

Customer & Marketing

- Ensure consistent CRM and customer experience across the cluster.
- Resolve critical customer complaints within 48 hours.
- Ensure effective implementation of marketing, BTL activities, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.

MIS & People Management

- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales/MIS reports.
- Analyze sales and competitor performance and take corrective actions.
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop Salon Managers and team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training requirements.




- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters as per company policy.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP: 150–175 employees, including Salon Managers and Cluster Trainers, will be under the overall responsibility of this role.

The Cluster Manager should review team performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and ensure that team members achieve their respective business and operational targets.

DESIRED CANDIDATE'S CHARACTERISTICS:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Retail / Salon / Hospitality Operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Area Manager / Regional Manager / Cluster Manager preferred.
- Experience in handling multiple outlets and FOFO / franchise operations.
- Strong experience in P&L; management, sales, business development, and people management.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management
