- Lead category strategy, planning and growth.

- Drive end-to-end product innovation and new product development.

- Own product roadmap, portfolio management and GTM strategy.

- Lead brand communication across ATL, BTL and digital channels.

- Work closely with Sales, R&D;, SCM and other cross-functional teams.

- Lead and develop a team of category marketing professionals.

The Successful Applicant

- 12-20 years of relevant marketing experience.





- Strong experience in product innovation and new product development.

- Experience in category/product management, GTM and brand building.

- Strong exposure to ATL and BTL marketing.

- Experience in FMEG/FMCD, Consumer Electronics, Smart Devices, Automotive or similar product-led consumer industries.

- Full time MBA/PGDM is mandatory.
