About Studiokon Ventures

Studiokon Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (SKV) is a design & build company specialising in commercial interior fit-out and workplace solutions. Since 2008, SKV has worked across corporate, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, institutional and industrial spaces, delivering projects across the value chain — from design conceptualisation to execution and handover.

As SKV continues to grow across design, build, workplace solutions and managed offices, we are also exploring new opportunities that expand our service ecosystem through a network of skilled professionals and partners.

This includes building a more structured model for onboarding and managing service professionals — from carpenters, deep-cleaning professionals and more to other specialised service partners — with a focus on sourcing the right talent, evaluating quality, enabling smooth onboarding and creating a reliable partner network.

As this business expands, the ability to build the right partner ecosystem, deliver a consistent customer and partner experience, and operate smarter, faster and more efficiently becomes increasingly important.

This role sits at the centre of that transformation.

About the Role:

Make the business run better.

As a Category Manager, you will work closely with the Chief Business Officer to understand how SKV operates, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive improvements across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, operations-heavy role. You will work with different teams, understand how work actually happens, track operational performance, identify bottlenecks, improve processes, build systems and dashboards, and ensure that initiatives move from planning to execution.

What You Will Own:

As a Category Manager, you will work closely with the CBO and cross-functional teams to improve how SKV builds its ecosystem, executes business initiatives, and delivers better experiences for its internal and external stakeholders.

The role will primarily focus on three areas:

1. Build & Strengthen the Partner Ecosystem

You will help SKV identify, onboard, and develop the right external partners, vendors and service professionals required to support business growth.

This will involve understanding the end-to-end partner lifecycle — from sourcing and evaluation to onboarding, training, performance tracking and continuous improvement.

You will

- Identify and source relevant vendors, service providers and business partners.
- Build structured criteria for partner evaluation and selection.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure required documentation and processes are completed.
- Understand partner requirements, challenges, and pain points.
- Develop onboarding guidelines, SOPs, and training mechanisms where required.
- Track partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Build processes that improve partner quality, reliability, and scalability.
- Explore technology and AI-enabled solutions to make partner management more efficient.

The objective is to build a reliable, scalable, and high-quality partner ecosystem that supports SKV's business needs. 2. Improve Customer & Partner Experience

You will be part of projects focused on improving the experience of customers,

partners and internal stakeholders across SKV's business processes.

You will

- Understand customer and partner journeys across key touchpoints.
- Identify friction points, delays, gaps and recurring issues.
- Work with relevant teams to identify root causes and develop solutions.
- Improve processes, workflows and communication mechanisms.
- Develop and standardise SOPs to create more consistent experiences.
- Use data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track whether implemented changes are improving turnaround time, efficiency and stakeholder experience.
- Explore AI and technology-led solutions to simplify repetitive interactions and processes.

The focus will be on moving from “this is how the process works” to “this is how the process can work better.” 3. Cross-Functional Strategy & Project Execution

Many of SKV's growth and operational initiatives require multiple teams to work together. You will collaborate with teams across:

Business Development | Sales | Marketing | Technology | Product | HR | Finance | Design | Projects | Operations | Factory | Leadership

You will

- Support multiple category-level and central-level business initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and define project objectives.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones and ownership structures.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
- Track action items and follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues where required.
- Prepare project updates and management reports.
- Support implementation of new processes, systems, and business initiatives.
- Measure project outcomes and identify opportunities for further improvement.

You will often be the person connecting the dots between teams and ensuring that an idea moves from discussion → execution → measurable outcome. What Makes This Role Different

This is a role for someone who wants to understand how a business works, identify what can be better, and actually make it happen.

You will not be restricted to one function or a fixed set of responsibilities. You will work across partners, operations, technology, and internal teams, getting a first-hand view of how different parts of the business come together.

You will be given real business problems — from building and improving partner ecosystems to enhancing stakeholder experiences and executing cross-functional initiatives — and will be expected to figure out the problem, structure the solution, and drive it to execution.

The role also gives you the opportunity to work closely with leadership, experiment with AI and technology-led solutions, and see the direct impact of your work on how SKV operates and grows.

If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, working with different teams, and turning ideas into outcomes, this role gives you the space to do exactly that.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and comfortable figuring things out — someone who doesn’t wait for a perfect playbook before getting started.

You’ll be a strong fit if you:

- Enjoy breaking down ambiguous business problems and finding practical solutions.
- Are comfortable working across teams and bringing different stakeholders together.
- Have a strong sense of ownership and follow through on tasks from idea to execution.
- Can work with data, identify patterns and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Are naturally curious about business, technology, AI, and how things can be done better.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Are organised and able to manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines.
- Are willing to get into the details while still understanding the bigger business picture.
- Learn quickly, ask the right questions and are comfortable taking initiative.
- Are excited by the opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to projects that have a visible business impact.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just ask “What needs to be done?”, but also asks “Why are we doing it, how can we do it better, and what happens next

- Analytical Thinking: Comfort working with data, identifying patterns and translating numbers into actionable insights.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, stakeholders and dependencies simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
- Process Thinking: Ability to understand end-to-end workflows, identify gaps and build simpler, more efficient ways of working.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of how different functions contribute to revenue, efficiency, customer experience and overall business growth.
- AI & Technology Orientation: Curiosity about AI, automation and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify where they can create real business value.
- Research & Synthesis: Ability to conduct market, competitor and business research and convert information into clear recommendations.
- Execution Orientation: Strong follow-through and ownership, with a bias towards taking ideas from concept → implementation → measurable outcome.
- Communication: Ability to present ideas, insights and recommendations clearly and concisely to different stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role is not just about completing tasks — it is about creating visible improvements in how SKV works and grows.

You’ll know you’re succeeding when you:

- Build and strengthen a reliable ecosystem of partners, vendors and service providers.
- Help improve the onboarding and engagement experience for partners and stakeholders.
- Identify operational or business problems and take them through problem → solution → implementation → outcome.
- Successfully drive cross-functional initiatives with explicit ownership, timelines and measurable results.
- Create processes and systems that make teams more efficient and scalable.
- Use data, technology and AI to improve decision-making, productivity and business processes.
- Give leadership greater visibility into important business priorities, opportunities and challenges.
- Take ownership of initiatives and consistently drive them to closure.

Ultimately, success means leaving every process, project or problem you work on better than you found it.
