We are looking for an experienced Category Manager – House & Home to drive commercial performance and category growth. The role will own sell-through, best/worst sellers, markdowns, replenishment, and seasonal targets.

Key responsibilities include managing width, depth, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) while balancing core replenishable products with seasonal launches. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels and stock cover, optimizing product availability, and improving category profitability. Robust analytical, commercial, and merchandising skills are required, along with experience in Home/Furniture/Lifestyle retail or e-commerce.

Candidates with strong category planning and trading experience are preferred.
