We are looking for a Casting & Influencer Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, casting, talent coordination, and social media campaigns.

The candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills and be capable of working closely with the production, creative, and content teams to execute influencer-led campaigns and casting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist suitable influencers, creators, models, and talents based on campaign requirements.
- Manage influencer onboarding, communication, negotiations, and coordination.
- Coordinate with influencers regarding shoot schedules, deliverables, briefs, and timelines.
- Handle casting requirements for brand shoots, Reels, advertisements, and other content.
- Coordinate closely with the production and creative teams for shoots and campaign execution.
- Maintain and develop a database of influencers, creators, models, and talents.
- Source influencers based on brand, audience, location, content style, and campaign objectives.




- Coordinate influencer collaborations from initial discussion through final deliverables.
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely completion.
- Support the team in developing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaign ideas.
- Stay updated with current Instagram, influencer, and social media trends.
- Handle multiple campaigns and coordinate with different stakeholders simultaneously.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Casting, Talent Management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Experience in coordinating with influencers, creators, models, and production teams.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Good understanding of content creation and social media trends.
- Candidates with experience in a media, advertising, production, or entertainment environment will be preferred.
