Job Responsibilities

- Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and other cash transactions at the branch.

- Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and ensure proper documentation.

- Collect loan repayments, interest, charges, and other applicable payments from customers.

- Verify cash, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing transactions.

- Issue receipts to customers for all payments received.

- Maintain daily cash book and ensure that cash balances match the recorded transactions.

- Conduct daily cash counting and reconciliation and report any discrepancies immediately.

- Deposit excess cash into the designated bank account as per company procedures.

- Ensure the secure custody of cash, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.

- Assist with gold loan disbursement, repayment, renewal, and closure transactions as assigned.





- Verify customer details and required documentation before processing financial transactions.

- Follow company policies, internal controls, KYC requirements, and applicable regulatory procedures.

- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding daily cash and financial transactions.

- Prepare and submit daily cash reports and other branch reports to the Branch Manager.

- Support internal and external audits by providing required records and documents.

- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company financial information.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
