Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide friendly service.

- Process cash, card, UPI, and other payments accurately.

- Generate bills and receipts using the POS/billing system.

- Handle cash, verify amounts, and maintain the cash drawer.

- Assist customers with billing-related queries.

- Maintain accurate daily transaction and cash records.

- Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy.

- Keep the checkout area clean and organized.

- Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth store operations.

- Follow company policies, security procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.

Requirements

- Minimum 10th/12th qualification; relevant experience is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of computers and billing/POS systems.

- Honest, punctual, and responsible

- 0–1years / Freshers can apply.

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
