The Fashion Assistant – Coordinator supports sales floor operations by coordinating customer service, merchandise presentation, and daily store activities while ensuring adherence to Pantaloons’ brand and VM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and styling support
- Coordinate merchandise display and replenishment as per VM guidelines
- Support sales targets through active selling
- Assist in stock handling, tagging, and cycle counts
- Coordinate between sales floor, stockroom, and billing
- Ensure SOP compliance, grooming, and store discipline
Eligibility
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass
- Experience: 0–2 years in fashion retail (freshers can apply)
