Patient Footfall: 40–60 patients/day

Experience: 3+ years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Handle cash, card, UPI and other payments accurately.

Generate bills and receipts and maintain daily payment records.

Manage the clinic pharmacy and dispense products/medicines as per prescriptions.

Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock levels and expiry tracking.

Maintain purchase and stock records.

Handle billing software, MS Excel and other computer-based systems.

Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate records.

Assist patients with pharmacy-related queries.

Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in cashier, pharmacy, hospital or clinic settings.

Good computer skills with proficiency in billing software and MS Excel.

Strong numerical and organisational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy 40–60 patient/day workplace.

Honest, punctual, presentable and detail-oriented.

Tall and well-groomed candidates preferred.
