Role Description The CASA Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India. The role involves sourcing and acquiring new current and savings (CASA) accounts through direct outreach, field visits, and relationship-building with individuals, families, and small businesses. The CASA Sales Officer will manage end-to-end sales operations, including prospecting, lead follow-up, documentation, and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth customer experience.





Responsibilities also include maintaining strong service standards, resolving basic customer queries, and promoting relevant bank products to deepen relationships. The role requires close coordination with branch teams and channel partners to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and deliver a positive banking experience.
- Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and convert leads into CASA accounts.
- Experience or aptitude in Channel Sales to collaborate effectively with branch staff, external partners, and local networks.
- Basic understanding of retail banking products, especially CASA, and interest in working in a field-sales workplace.
- Ability to work towards targets, manage time efficiently, and operate with integrity and compliance with bank policies.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the graduate level in any discipline; prior experience in banking or financial services sales is a must.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with Chandigarh and surrounding markets will be beneficial.
