Role Description The Case Manager is responsible for managing assigned clients, guiding them through each stage of the visa/immigration process, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely and professional communication. Canada & Australia PR knowledge will be much beneficial.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage assigned client cases from onboarding to completion.
- Explain the process, requirements, timelines, and next steps clearly.
- Review client documents and coordinate with the Processing Executive for file preparation.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, information, and approvals.
- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update the case status.
- Provide timely updates and resolve client queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.
- Identify and report urgent issues or client escalations to the management.
- Follow company checklists, processes, and communication standards.
- Ensure every assigned case progresses accurately and within the required timeline.
