Key Responsibilities
Acquire new Savings & Current Account (CASA) customers.
Generate leads through field visits, references and local market activities.
Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and deposit targets.
Handle customer onboarding, KYC and account activation.
Cross-sell relevant banking products.
Maintain customer relationships and daily sales reports.
Requirements
Mandatory experience in CASA / Retail Banking Field Sales.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field work.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Only candidates with relevant Field Sales experience will be considered.Role & responsibilities
