Role Description This is a full time, on-site Cashier role based in Indore. The Cashier will handle daily customer transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and processing refunds accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash drawers, reconciling tills at the end of shifts, and following all cash-handling policies and security procedures. The role involves answering customer inquiries, providing courteous service, and assisting with basic product or service information. The Cashier will also support other branch operations as needed,



such as organizing transaction records and coordinating with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills for handling cash, counting change, and reconciling daily totals.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact professionally, respond to inquiries, and resolve routine issues.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail and organizational skills for managing receipts, transaction logs, and cash drawer records.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy for operating POS systems, banking software, and recording transactions.
- Relevant skills such as honesty, reliability, and adherence to compliance and security procedures are essential.
- Previous experience in retail, banking, or cash-handling roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional training in finance or accounting is an advantage.
