Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Carrier Relationship Executive to join our Logistics/Operations team. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are interested in building a career in U.S. Freight Brokerage and Transportation.

The selected candidate will assist in sourcing and communicating with U.S. trucking companies, owner-operators, and dispatchers, coordinating carrier onboarding, and supporting the operations team in securing freight capacity.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and connecting with U.S. trucking companies, owner-operators, and carriers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers and dispatchers.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new carriers.
- Contact carriers to check availability, equipment, lanes, and rates.
- Assist in sourcing capacity for equipment such as:
- Dry Van
- Reefer
- Flatbed
- Power Only
- Intermodal/Drayage
- Assist in rate negotiation with carriers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Collect and verify required carrier documents and information.
- Support carrier onboarding and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate carrier records and databases.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams for smooth freight movement.
- Follow up with carriers regarding load status, availability, and requirements.
- Assist in resolving basic carrier-related operational issues.
- Learn and stay updated on U.S. freight lanes,



transportation processes, and market trends.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly performance targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in U.S. logistics are encouraged to apply.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based carriers and customers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn U.S. freight brokerage and transportation processes.
- Ability to work in a U.S. shift and a target-driven environment.
