About the Role

LDP Logistics is looking for a motivated Carrier Relationship Executive to manage and build strong relationships with carriers and support smooth freight operations in the U.S. logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and book profitable loads through DAT and other freight platforms.
- Negotiate rates with freight brokers and customers.
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve transit issues.
- Maintain broker and carrier relationships.
- Optimize routes and minimize empty miles.
- Maintain accurate load and dispatch records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in carrier relations, logistics, dispatch, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of DAT Load Board and U.S. trucking.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple loads simultaneously.
- Valuable problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
