Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants or Care giver to provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes. This role requires professionalism, patience, and a genuine passion for caregiving.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Supporting mobility and transfers
- Monitoring and recording vital signs (if trained)
- Assisting with medication as per care plan
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client
- Supporting clients with daily living activities
- Reporting changes in client condition to supervisors
- Following care plans and company policies strictly

Requirements




- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or caregiving (preferred)
- Relevant certification in healthcare (GDA, Nursing Assistant, or equivalent preferred)
- Good communication skills (English/Malayalam)
- Compassionate, patient, and responsible attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including live-in if required)
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
