Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, website, social media and other marketing channels.
- Make timely outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective learners.
- Understand the prospect's career goals, experience, skill gaps and learning requirements.
- Recommend relevant Skillridge courses and learning programs based on the prospect's requirements.
- Conduct effective counselling and consultative conversations to help prospects make informed learning and career decisions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners through regular and meaningful follow-ups.
- Address prospect questions, concerns and objections and guide them towards the appropriate program.
- Drive course enrolments by effectively communicating the value proposition, curriculum, outcomes and benefits of Skillridge programs.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly enrolment and revenue targets within defined timelines.
- Manage the complete B2C sales cycle from lead qualification and counselling to follow-up, negotiation, closure and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate lead information,



follow-up activities and sales pipeline in the CRM.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant Skillridge programs where appropriate.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid counselling, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students, working professionals and corporate decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
- Prior experience in EdTech, training, education, professional courses or B2C training sales would be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital lead management systems is preferred.

Experience 1-6years of experience in counselling, inside sales, EdTech sales, training sales, education consulting, B2C business development or a similar customer-facing role.
