Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and friendly Career & Admissions Counselor to guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate should have experience in admission counselling, education sales, student counselling, or a similar role, with excellent communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Student Counselling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.




- Comfortable talking to students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to work with monthly targets.
- Positive attitude and a learning mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Talk to students and parents about courses and admissions.
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up with interested students regularly.
- Help students complete the admission process.
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Answer student and parent questions politely.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission team.
- Keep updated about courses, fees, and admission offers.
