Role: Care Coordinator

Mode: Permanent (Remote)

Shift: US Timing

Key Responsibilities

- Track all scheduled telehealth consultations in real-time

- Ensure doctors initiate consultations within defined SLA timelines

- Reassign cases to available providers if SLA is not met

- Proactively inform patients about delays or schedule changes

- Ensure patients are prepared and ready before consultations

- Provide timely updates to patients in case of any delays

- Collaborate closely with Medical, Operations, and Support teams to avoid communication gaps

Key Requirements

- 0–6 months experience in a US calling environment; freshers are welcome

- Willingness to work in US shift timings (night shifts)

- Strong communication and phone-handling skills





- Interest in working within a healthcare or telemedicine platform

- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and meet SLAs

- Strong problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability

- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, telemedicine platforms, or patient management tools (preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
