Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Career Advisor to support candidates throughout the recruitment and career placement process. The role involves understanding candidate profiles, advising them on suitable opportunities, coordinating with recruitment teams, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with candidates and understand their career goals, skills, experience, and job preferences.
- Provide career guidance and recommend suitable job opportunities based on candidate profiles.
- Source and screen candidates for US staffing requirements.
- Explain job roles, requirements, work arrangements, and recruitment processes to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases/ATS.
- Coordinate with recruiters, account managers,



and business development teams for staffing requirements.
- Assist candidates with resume/profile positioning and interview preparation.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment/candidate engagement targets.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on US staffing processes, job market trends, and recruitment practices.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work effectively during US shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in recruitment, US staffing, career counseling, inside sales, or candidate engagement will be an advantage.
