We're hiring a Care Manager for Ekaan Wellness, Delhi NCR

Ekaan is a concierge elder care membership service built on one idea: no member should navigate a hospital visit, a diagnostic test, or an ordinary day alone. Always the same familiar face beside them.

The Care Manager is that face. Part front-desk coordinator, part hospital liaison, part trusted presence for the families we serve.

What the role involves

- Primary point of contact for a set of member families, handling day to day coordination
- Accompanying members to hospital visits, diagnostics, and specialist consultations, managing registration and documentation
- Working directly with hospital front-office, billing, and reception teams
- Maintaining accurate service records and Care Manager activity logs
- Coordinating with our Nursing Lead and specialist teams on member care plans
- Keeping next of kin informed on appointments and health updates





What you need

- Hospital front-office experience is mandatory: reception, registration, patient coordination, or a billing desk.
- Comfortable in Hindi and English. Patient and calm under pressure. Organised. Willing to travel locally within Delhi NCR.
