Role Description-

The College Guidance Counsellor supports high school students (Grades 9–12) in navigating the complex process of college planning and admissions.



The counsellor provides individual and group counselling, develops and implements college readiness programs, liaises with colleges and universities, and works closely with students, parents, and faculty to help students identify and pursue postsecondary opportunities aligned with their academic, personal, and career goals.

Qualification-

Skilled qualification or certification in counselling or a related field.

Minimum of two years of relevant experience in college counselling or university admissions.

In-depth knowledge of Indian and international university admissions processes.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in using college counselling tools and platforms.
