We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Captain to lead the service team and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Supervise stewards and ensure smooth floor operations.
- Take and coordinate guest orders with the kitchen and bar team.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup, billing coordination, and shift closing procedures.
- Train and guide junior service staff.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing systems is preferred.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
